Diğer Fallout oyunlarında alıp kullandığımız Perk sistemini Fallout 76‘ya da ekleyen geliştiricilerin ardından yabancı basından GearNuke isimli site bilinen tüm Perk içeriklerini bir araya getirdi. 12 Kasım tarihinde PS4, Xbox One ve PC platformuna çıkacak olan yapımda aşağıda yer alan Perk’ler olacak;
